Forum is moved
Hi all,

The World Shogi Forum has been merged into 81Dojo's WebSystem.

New URL: http://system.81dojo.com/en/forums

The previous forum had been attacked and ruined by spam bots, but from now on it is secure.
The biggest improvement is that your forum activity will be (of course) associated with your 81Dojo account.

You can also subscribe to two types of e-mail notifications:
- Forum category subscription: You receive e-mail only when a new topic is created in that category
- Topic subscription: You receive e-mails for all comments to only one particular topic

I've also added a German, French, and Spanish forum categories just in case it could be useful.

The next function to be developed will be a "Club" function.
The users will be able to form a club (or group, team, circle ..?)
A closed forum will be provided for each club.

(You cannot reply to this topic, as this forum has been closed.)

Regards,
Hidetchi

RE: Forum is moved
It does not seem like any merging took place. More like a new and independent forum has been started elsewhere, which doesn't have any content yet.

The new forum also seems to lack most of the sections that are here. In particular the section about Shogi variants.

But the "Shogi in General" forum is described as OK to post about variants.

RE: Forum is moved
Another problem is that the new forum is incredibly primitive / sub-standard. There is no way to include images (let alone diagrams). It is not even possible to use boldface or italics there...
